Duties & Responsibilities
    Responsible for the accurate, complete and timely submission of required financial and management     reports.
    Continuing managing and reviewing of accounts department to endure correctness, appropriateness     and compliance with IAS, Law and regulations of Tax authorities
    
     Accurate appraisal, interpretation and analysis of financial results Preparation of forecasts, budgets     (according to set budgeting
     process) and associated analyses, interpretations and justifications
    
     Involvement in the development, implementation, operation,
     maintenance and control of essential business, information and
     operational systems including MIS/Manage automation of financial
     systems and integration with other systems.
    
     Advising and counseling the CEO on financial issues, strategies and
     tactics by reporting on them when necessary including special assignments.
    
     Undertakes Risk Management and implementation of hedging
     techniques as well as associated reporting (credit risk management,
     cash flow management, FX management, internal procedures and
     controls management).
    
     Cooperates with other departments in developing and maintaining a
     costing procedure and hence involvement in pricing
     policy/recommendations
    
     Liaisons with bankers, tax authorities, stockbrokers, CSE,
     Secretary, Board of Directors, Share registry for resolving issues
     and/or exchange of information.
    
     Maintains appropriate communications within area of responsibility
     as well as coordinate or facilitate communication of department with
     other departments.
