     Production planning and controlling

Duties & Responsibilities
    Reviews and approves production plans
    Reviews and approves plans for the control of production, labor and material efficiency and customer
    satisfaction.
    Presents monthly reports on performance as requested by the CEO
    Develops and presents to the CEO matters requiring a decision
    Develops an recommends operations policies and procedures within the operations departments
    Prepares reviews and approves cost control reports
    Coordinates and cooperates with other departments in establishing and carrying out responsibilities of
    the department
    Selects and maintains qualified personnel in all positions reporting directly to him
    Agrees annual targets for Operations with the CEO.
