Function of the Department and main purposes of the job.
     Marketing & Sales of Shop Fittings & Shelving Systems

Duties & Responsibilities
    Responsible for the Sales and Development of Shop Fittings & Shelving Systems
     Meets and services customers
     Measures and designs solutions to potential customers
     Provides detailed costing & quotations to customers
     Provides detailed designs and specifications to Operations Manager
     Responsible for the fixing and assembly team for completion of the delivery & assembly
     Develops and maintains pictures and visuals of all systems developed to demonstrate to potential customers
     Develops new products and ideas for the shop fittings & decorations
     Responsible for searching for new materials and solution ideas
     Responsible for the Sales Cycle and sales documents
     Follows debtors and receipts from Customers
     Develops routines sales reporting
     Responsible for identifying the training needs of subordinates and reporting them to his/her Manager.
     Provides on the job training to all subordinates
     Any other duties assigned by their immediate superior and/or the company Management Team
